Controller Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Mix of Finance and Accounting.
• Budgeting, forecasting, strategy finance, P&L, cash flow modeling, business case analysis
• Strong GL month end close, prepare financial statements, AP, AR, bank recs, cash flow
• Cost accounting, inventory, manufacturing variances, manage staff
• Manager accounting functions with respect to general ledger accounting, financial statements and account analysis
• Analyzes schedules, and financial statement highlights
• Ensures account activity is recorded, corrections are made, adjustments are calculated and journal entries are prepared
• Reviews and prepares month/year end reports, accrual schedules and ad-hoc reports and analysis
• Assist with external and internal audits work with outside CPA firm
• Maintains accounting files and inventory and costing on strong ERP systems, Quick Books, Oracle/SAP
