Job Description

• Site Supervision: Serve as on-site Superintendent for major ground-up multifamily projects (100+ units) throughout the Lyndhurst and North Jersey area.

• Team Leadership: Work alongside additional Superintendents, a Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager, dividing project scopes based on strengths while maintaining a well-rounded level of oversight.

• Schedule Management: Manage day-to-day field operations, site safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and progress tracking.

• Quality Control: Ensure quality control, adherence to design/specifications, and timely completion of all phases of construction.

• Safety Compliance: Communicate regularly with the project team and ownership group to report milestones, challenges, and site updates.

• Client-Facing: Maintain a professional, solutions-oriented presence while representing the company on active job sites.

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale multifamily projects (100+ units).

• Strong ground-up construction experience (no wood-frame requirement).

• Well-rounded technical and leadership abilities, able to oversee multiple scopes and collaborate with other Supers on large, multi-building projects.

• Strong communication, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain high-quality standards on fast-paced luxury multifamily developments.

• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving, safety, and delivering outstanding client service.
