Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Develop and coordinate architectural layouts, space plans, and construction documents for new store and renovation projects using AutoCAD
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate design requirements and resolve project issues
• Review architectural and engineering drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements
• Support project planning, permitting, bidding, scheduling, and construction coordination throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct site visits and field verification as needed to evaluate existing conditions and support design development
• Maintain project drawings, revisions, and documentation while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications/

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of professional experience in an architecture, design, engineering, or construction-related environment
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD / Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Experience with Sketch Up, Enscape, or other visualization tools is a plus
• Solid understanding of architectural drawings, space planning, and construction documentation
• General understanding of building codes, construction methods, and architectural coordination
• Strong spatial awareness and attention to detai
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural and engineering drawings
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with multiple disciplines
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of following projects through from planning to completion
• Previous experience with retail, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale interior/architectural projects is a plus
• Experience with project management, construction administration, permitting, or consultant coordination is a strong plus
• Korean and English bilingual proficiency is preferred

Salary Range: $58,900 - $86,400
