Sika Lyndhurst is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead all process engineering activities in Lyndhurst Operations. You will design, implement and operate processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability while adhering to safety and quality standards.
As a hands-on leader, you will build and guide the process engineering team, oversee capital projects, and drive continuous improvement in polyurethane sealant and adhesive manufacturing.
