• Oversee month‑end close, general ledger activity, and financial reporting
• Manage AP/AR, cash flow, payroll support, and funding needs
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts
• Ensure GAAP compliance, tax filings, audits, and internal controls
• Partner with leadership and IT on process and system improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with strong GAAP knowledge
• Expertise in financial reporting, close processes, and compliance oversight
• Experience with SAGE or similar ERP/accounting systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills with executive presence
• Detail‑oriented professional who thrives in deadline‑driven environments
