Our client, a well-established importer and marketer of premium food and beverage products, is seeking a Digital Marketing & eCommerce Sales professional to support the growth of its digital presence and online sales channels across the U.S. market.
This is a highly visible role reporting directly to senior leadership and offers the opportunity to work across digital marketing, eCommerce, content management, and online retail execution. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving brand growth through digital channels and marketplace partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing- Manage and execute organic social media content across key digital platforms.
- Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Maintain and update website content, including product pages, landing pages, and brand messaging.
- Assist with content creation to support new product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Monitor engagement and performance metrics across digital channels.
- Measure and report on campaign performance against KPIs, ROI targets, and growth objectives.
- Support the company’s presence across major eCommerce platforms, retail partner websites, and third-party marketplaces.
- Maintain and optimize product listings, including descriptions, imagery, and digital assets.
- Coordinate with retail and distribution partners to ensure online product content remains accurate and current.
- Assist with digital merchandising, promotional activations, and new product launches across partner channels.
- Monitor eCommerce performance, including product visibility, conversion trends, and online sales activity.
- Partner with internal teams to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Maintain and organize digital assets and product content management systems.
- Support reporting, dashboard development, and performance analysis.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in digital marketing, eCommerce, AI-driven search behavior, and consumer engagement strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related role.
- Experience managing social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and website content.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces, retailer portals, and eCommerce ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-driven search and generative commerce experiences.
- Experience with in consumer products, food & beverage, or retail industries is a plus.
