Provide hardware maintenance and monitoring for Distribution Center systems equipment, including installation of new hardware and configuration of devices;
Troubleshoot and support PC hardware, peripherals, and network equipment in the Distribution Center and office areas;
Maintain and manage Data Center equipment and inventory, including coordination with vendors for maintenance and repairs;
Assist in training users on PC applications and DC systems; support training between staff and Systems/Application teams;
Serve as local administrator for warehouse management system (SCAN) and oversee asset tracking of equipment
