Project Coordinator - Fully onsite near Lyndhurst, NJ.
Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams to drive project execution from start to finish. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources using ERP and project management tools. Coordinate engineering and production tasks, lead meetings and calls with stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery. Monitor schedules, capacity, and purchase orders, escalating issues as needed. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Occasional travel to sites or customer locations.
- 5+ years experience in a similar, client facing role
- Project management experience in manufacturing or engineering environments
- Proficient in ERP, project management, and Excel tools
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and multi-project management skills
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
