Manufacturing Operator

Location:

Lyndhurst, NJ

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM | Monday-Friday

Tools of the Trade (Requirements)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and standard procedures
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Ability to work safely in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Physically able to meet job demands (lifting, standing, movement, etc.)
  • Willingness to follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

Your Role on the Floor (Job Duties)
  • Operate manual and semi-automated production equipment
  • Load raw materials into machinery and blending systems
  • Monitor equipment performance, gauges, and production processes
  • Perform routine quality checks and product testing to ensure specifications are met
  • Package, label, palletize, and prepare finished goods for shipment
  • Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts when required
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company regulations
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Assist with additional production tasks and projects as assigned
