Perform advanced MIG welding, stick welding and metal fabrication on a variety of container types and compactor components;
Rebuild or replace structural frames, bottoms, lids, caster brackets, and mechanical parts using custom-cut steel;
Interpret repair orders and/or sketches to execute precise rebuilds or modifications;
Lead fabrication of specialized equipment or container configurations as needed for customer orders;
Perform quality control checks to ensure all welds meet company standards
