• Follows lesson plans: Follow the lesson plans provided by the absent classroom teacher to ensure continuity of education.
• Maintains a neat and orderly classroom: Create an organized and welcoming classroom environment.
• Ensures student supervision: Never leave students unattended in the classroom.
• Keeps students safe and engaged: Keep students engaged in the learning process and maintain a safe environment.
• Monitors student progress: Keep a close eye on students' progress and assist where needed.
• Maintains existing classroom management and discipline procedures: Consistency with existing classroom management and discipline procedures is crucial.

• Teaching License: Either obtain an Ohio Department of Education Substitute Teacher License or possess a Teaching License.
