As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and presentation.

As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to our residents, ensuring that every plate that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with our dietary team to ensure that all meals are prepared according to resident dietary needs and preferences. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety guidelines and regulations.

• Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety guidelines and regulations
• Work closely with the dietary team to ensure that all meals are prepared according to resident dietary needs and preferences
• Assist with food preparation, including cutting, chopping, and cooking
• Maintain accurate records of food inventory, production, and waste management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and service
