We have a Full-time opportunity in Lyndhurst, OH for a Therapy Program Manager (TPM) - OT, PTA or COTA Preferred.

*** Must be a licensed OT, COTA or PTA in Ohio.

Active state license is required with experience in managing a therapy team in a nursing facility preferred.
