Job Description

The Sales Associate assists with daily sales at Lilly Pulitzer retail store. The role involves providing an exceptional customer experience, embodying the brand's resort chic lifestyle, and maintaining a high‑energy, sunny store atmosphere.

• Understand and communicate the Lilly Pulitzer brand concept, including lifestyle, customers, merchandise, and heritage.
• Represent the Lilly’s Resort Chic lifestyle and create an exceptional in‑store experience consistent with company culture.
• Build and cultivate effective relationships with customers and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Maintain high standards of store appearance, inventory integrity, and exhibit KPI performance.
• Provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
• Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer Selling Culture and deliver a team‑oriented, optimistic store atmosphere.

• Genuine optimistic approach to customer service.
• Passion for the Lilly Pulitzer brand positioning.
• Ability to work the store schedule as needed, including nights and weekends.

• Hourly, non‑exempt, eligible for overtime.
• Seasonal business may require flexible additional working hours during peak periods.
• Adheres to Company Retail Holiday time off policy.
• Position reviewed annually.
