Customer Service & Stock - Legacy Village Rack

Nordstrom -  - Responsibilities:
Greet customers and guide them to fitting rooms, then sort and return clothing to the floor;
Keep stockrooms organized and complete inventory processes with proper check-in and ticketing;
Maintain runway-ready selling floor through re-merchandising and straightening;
Assist customers with transactions and provide friendly service;
Demonstrate product knowledge and proficiency with store technologies;
Defuse customer issues and provide timely resolutions;
Receive, unload, and deliver merchandise to selling departments for stock/fulfillment roles;
Fulfill customer orders and prepare shipments following quality standards;
Utilize inventory systems to process shipments and research merchandise;
Support store operations such as events, backroom organization, markdowns, and fixture relocation
