• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, posting instructions, and security‑related protocols while supporting a welcoming environment.
• Support hospital and clinic operations by communicating with staff during emergencies, de‑escalating tense situations when appropriate, and following Allied Universal post orders and client site procedures.

• Hospital vaccination requirements apply.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
