• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

• Effective communication and presentation abilities
• Demonstrated relationship‑building skills with colleagues and clients
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet strict deadlines

• Experience in the online entertainment industry
• Familiarity with Oracle systems

• Relevant accounting or finance background
• Experience handling digital or large‑scale collections portfolios
