Sprinkler Technician/Inspector

I am partnered with a growing fire protection company in the Florida Panhandle. This company is actively hiring a Sprinkler technician/inspector to join its growing team. Competitive pay, benefits and room for growth as this is a stand alone office in the area.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, maintain, and troubleshoot fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA 25, local codes, and company procedures.
• Perform scheduled inspections, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform system repairs and respond to service calls.
• Communicate inspection findings with customers and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Support the team with inspections and service activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of fire sprinkler industry experience preferred.
• NICET Level II or higher in Water-Based Systems Layout or Inspection & Testing preferred/required.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 25 and applicable fire protection codes.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work independently in the field.
• Fire alarm technicians are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

• Territory:
  Pensacola to Tallahassee
• Pay: $35–$40+/hour dependent on experience
