Role DescriptionThis is a remote internship role for Executive Support with access to a paid commission opportunity. In this role, you will assist with administrative coordination, executive‑level support tasks, and internal communication processes. You will work closely with leadership to help manage schedules, support project coordination, and contribute to maintaining efficient day‑to‑day operations.
Qualifications- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience or familiarity with coordination, scheduling, and executive support
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment
- Interest or experience in business operations, startups, or project management (a plus)
- Can be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
- Participation in internal workflow processes
- Contribution of minimum 10 hours per week
- Attendance to bi‑weekly virtual Founder check‑in sessions
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Support internal communications and documentation across projects
- Help track tasks, deadlines, and operational workflows
- Provide general administrative and executive support as needed
- Earned internship practicum credits as needed; portfolio‑ready documentation of completed work
- Hands‑on experience in business operations and executive‑level coordination
- Mentorship, feedback, and professional references
- Access to high‑level commission opportunity
