We’re seeking an experienced Foreman to lead project crews and ensure every job site reflects the quality and professionalism our reputation is built on.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily field operations on residential and commercial landscaping, hardscaping, and pool projects
- Lead, manage, and motivate crews of 2‑8 workers to ensure efficiency and safety
- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and layouts
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure timelines and expectations are met
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to The Pros, Inc. quality guidelines
- Operate tools and machinery as needed, ensuring proper maintenance and safe use
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Train new crew members and promote a culture of accountability and respect
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in landscaping, hardscape, or construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of landscaping, hardscaping, grading, and pool construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Comfortable operating equipment such as skid steers, mini‑excavators, and compactors
- Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
- OSHA certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Strong work ethic, problem‑solving mindset, and attention to detail
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
