About The Role
We're looking for a Construction Supervisor-Level 4 on behalf of our client. This is an 11‑month contract assignment (W‑2).
Location:
Project On Site Vegas (Clark County & Nye County). You will report to the onsite manager.
- Oversee project buildout to ensure safety and quality standards are being followed.
- Communicate and coordinate with contractors, supervisors, management and other stakeholders.
- Manage construction schedules.
- Ensure safety compliance.
- Oversee quality control/quality assurance to make sure work meets design requirements and standards.
- Prepare project updates and reports per NEET requirements.
- Provide project support as directed by NEET leadership for all construction related activities.
- Liaison between Contractor & NEET Project Management.
- Environmental Oversight.
- 5 years of experience.

Base salary range dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, estimated to be $55.00/hr to $60.00/hr.
