HVAC Project Manager

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established mechanical contractor in the Boston area that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality commercial HVAC and mechanical projects.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they're looking to appoint an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their team.

As an HVAC Project Manager, you'll oversee commercial mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they're delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

• Manage multiple commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement, and resources.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work alongside estimators, engineers, superintendents, and field teams.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor project costs, change orders, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical systems.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with construction management software is an advantage.
