Adecco is assisting a well-known client in recruiting for Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. These are long-term opportunities supporting national shareholder communications campaigns.
Role OverviewThis position involves inbound and outbound calling in both English and French.
Available Shifts- Monday
- Friday: 9am - 5pm EST - Mon
- Thursday: 6pm - 11pm EST and Saturday: 12pm - 6pm EST
- Handle outbound and inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner, using a written call flow and responses.
- Manage calls within an acceptable time period, dictated by KPIs for Average Handle Time.
- Utilize Microsoft products such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. Training will be provided on proprietary Windows-based software.
- Meet all targets for Productivity, Quality, Attendance, and Code of Conduct.
- 6 months+ Customer Service or Call Center experience.
- Ability to follow a script.
- Quiet and secure work-from-home location.
- Must have a USB headset (not wireless), dual monitors, and a Windows-enabled computer (No Chromebooks).
- Internet requirements:
At least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. - Ability to handle a high volume of calls per day.
- Pay rate: $21.00 per hour, plus overtime as needed.
- Weekly pay.
