Now, we’re looking for a talented 3D Designer to help our clients see the vision before the first stone is laid.

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled 3D Designer to join our design team. You will play a key role in translating concepts into visually stunning 3D renderings and models for our landscaping, pool, and outdoor living projects. Your designs will help clients envision their future spaces with clarity and confidence.

• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations for landscape design, hardscaping, pools, patios, and outdoor living spaces.
• Collaborate with landscape architects, project managers, and sales teams to develop client-ready presentations.
• Interpret design concepts, sketches, and 2D plans into accurate, detailed 3D models and renderings.
• Utilize 3D design software to create walkthrough animations, still renders, and virtual tours.
• Assist in refining design concepts based on client feedback and technical requirements.
• Maintain an organized library of 3D assets and materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, visualization techniques, and emerging 3D technologies.

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer, 3D Visualizer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings of architectural, landscape, or outdoor living projects.
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as:
  • Sketch Up
  • Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar rendering engines
  • AutoCAD or similar CAD tools
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of landscaping, hardscaping, or construction is a plus.
