Pay Range: $50,960 - $53,040 per year

Who We SeekIn this dynamic full‑time role, you'll be a key leader supporting teaching assistants and ensuring smooth, student‑centered operations throughout the school day. From managing student arrivals and dismissals to overseeing critical documentation, your leadership will help create a positive and productive learning environment for all.
Responsibilities- Participates and assists in the development of incentives and support plans for students within the assigned school building.
- Manages the daily arrival of day students.
- Records and maintains accurate attendance records and communicates daily attendance to the administrative assistant.
- Oversees morning arrival for day students and staff deployment for supervision of the morning transitions.
- Oversees dismissal and bus transitions for day students.
- Assess safety and transportation issues and reports incidents/concerns to the Assistant Director of Education.
- Ensures that the educational environment is safe and clean and is maintained in a professional manner.
- Ensures that all incident reports for students are completed and reported to clinicians and administrators.
- Attend training, lectures, and courses as indicated as part of professional development.
- Receives a minimum of 24 hours of training a year.
- You are someone who leads with compassion and who values collaboration, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
