Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real‑world skills. Students complete a full day’s worth of academics in roughly two hours using adaptive software—no traditional lectures or printed textbooks. Your role centers on what technology cannot replicate: developing life skills in Pre‑K‑8 students—public speaking, sustained attention, and constructive feedback. You’ll spend half the time facilitating hands‑on workshops using prepared playbooks and narrative techniques, and the other half meeting with students individually or in small groups, reviewing their adaptive learning app performance through Coachbot analytics, and ensuring they reach 100 % of their weekly objectives.
In the first year you’ll master the system—workshop delivery, motivation techniques, mastery verification, and demonstrating that you can hold every student accountable to 100 % goal completion. Success in this phase opens advancement to Lead Guide.
