- Integrated PreK AM/PM (Long-term Substitute)
Integrated Pre-School — to provide classroom support for 3 & 4 year-old children with and without special needs. Students will attend 5 half-day sessions AM/PM. Duties include physical restraint/diapering/toileting/lifting. Willingness to be trained in and use ABA Techniques/Data Collection.

To assist the teacher achieve teaching objectives by working with individual students or small groups to help them achieve the skill levels of the class as a whole.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning of material or skills initially introduced by the teacher.
- Assist the teacher in devising strategies for reinforcing material or skills.
- Guide independent study, enrichment work, and remedial work set up and assigned by the teacher.
- Check notebooks, correct papers, and supervise testing and makeup work, as assigned by the teacher.
- Assist with large group activities such as reading aloud, storytelling, etc.
- Alert the regular teacher to any program or information about an individual student. Communicate concerns regarding students with the classroom teacher.
- Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of student information.
Reports to: Principal and Classroom Teacher
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT- As negotiated with Lynn School Committee and Lynn Teachers Union/Paraprofessionals Unit.
- 180 days per year
