Position: Nuclear Medicine Field Service Engineer (New England)

Overview

Location: Northeast USA (New England Region)

Salary: $75,000 – $120,000 + Company Vehicle + Travel Allowance + Full Benefits

A rapidly expanding medical imaging service organization is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Field Service Engineer to support healthcare providers throughout the Northeast. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing a range of Nuclear Medicine imaging systems, with a primary focus on SPECT and related molecular imaging equipment. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working independently, and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibrations on Nuclear Medicine and SPECT imaging systems.
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and system commissioning.
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software-related faults to maximize equipment uptime.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional technical support.
  • Manage your territory, service calls, and parts inventory while maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications
  • Experience servicing Nuclear Medicine, SPECT, PET, CT, or other medical imaging systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, electronic, and electromechanical equipment.
  • Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and service documentation.
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Northeast region.
