Mechanical/Product Design Engineer responsible for developing mechanical and electromechanical products from concept through prototype and production, with a focus on camera- and sensor-based systems.

• Design and develop mechanical products, assemblies, and equipment using Solid Works
  .
• Create 3D models, assemblies, sheet metal parts, weldments, and manufacturing drawings.
• Integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components into product designs.
• Perform thermal analysis/simulation
  , tolerance stack-ups, and apply GD&T.
• Support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Apply DFM/DFA principles for manufacturability and assembly.
• Work with fabrication, manufacturing teams, and external vendors to resolve design issues.
• Drive iterative design improvements from prototype through production.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  .
• 5+ years of mechanical product design experience
  .
• Strong proficiency in Solid Works for 3D modeling, assemblies, and drawings.
• Experience with sheet metal, weldments, and electromechanical assemblies
  .
• Experience with Ansys or similar tools for thermal analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis
  .
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of DFM/DFA and manufacturing processes
  .
• Experience working with fabrication/manufacturing teams and vendors.
• Preferred:
