This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Processor/Clerk located in Lynn, MA. The primary responsibilities include processing loan applications, preparing loan documents, coordinating with underwriters and loan officers, input and update loan data into credit union computer system, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Loan Processor/Clerk will work closely with members and team members to provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, and ensure an accurate and efficient loan processing experience.

• Experience with Loan Documents and Loan Processing
• Knowledge of Loans approval procedures and a solid understanding of underwriting standards
• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with members and team members
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with financial software
• Previous experience in a financial or banking environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in finance or lending are advantageous

$25-$30 hourly, depending on experience
