TheOpportunity
Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, the FP&A Senior Analyst or Manager will serve as a key financial partner to leadership, supporting critical planning and modeling initiatives as the company prepares for its next phase of growth. This role is well‑suited for a driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, startup environment and is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
The finance team is intentionally lean — the broader F&A function includes a Controller and an outsourced international accounting team managing IFRS compliance. As such, this individual will have direct visibility into executive and board‑level conversations from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain a fully integrated three‑statement financial model (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Develop and manage a 13‑week rolling cash flow forecast
- Support budgeting and financial planning in advance of the company's next capital tranche
- Prepare board‑ and investor‑ready financial presentations and analysis
- Partner cross‑functionally with leadership to provide actionable financial insights
- Contribute to the buildout of scalable FP&A processes and infrastructure
- 4–8 years of progressive FP&A experience;
Senior Analyst or Manager‑level candidates encouraged to apply - Background in medical technology, biotech, life sciences, or a similarly complex, capital‑intensive industry strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience building three‑statement models and cash forecasting tools from the ground up
- Comfortable presenting financial information to senior leadership, boards, and investors
- Strong financial modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency required
- Familiarity with IFRS a plus
- Startup or high‑growth company experience a plus
