Actuarial Analyst – Property and Casualty

• On a day-to-day basis, the Actuarial Analyst will work autonomously and with project members to execute key analyses for ongoing projects.
• They will be expected to produce high-quality analytical work.
• Much of this person's work will involve complex data manipulation and summarization in Excel, but supplemental programming, statistical, and database skills are highly valued and will open up additional opportunities for impactful client assignments and advancement.
• Actuaries in this practice are expected to pursue credentials with the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) by taking and passing actuarial examinations, and are provided time and monetary resources to support this pursuit.

• A minimum of two actuarial exams passed at the time of application, and in pursuit of an Associate credential from the Casualty Actuarial Society
• Up to two years of professional actuarial fulltime work experience in pricing, reserving, predictive modeling, capital modeling, enterprise risk management, and/or reinsurance-related actuarial topics for North American and/or European companies
• Completed Bachelor's degree or higher at the time of application, including quantitative coursework in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, etc.
• Proven proficiency with Excel and Word @Risk, VBA, Python, SAS, STATA, etc.

Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities with a focus on complex data manipulation and summarization, utilizing tools such as Excel, Python, and SAS. Actively pursues professional development through actuarial examinations and possesses foundational knowledge in actuarial science and statistics.
