• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Offer expert advice on hair care products and retail items; upsell products to boost sales while educating clients on proper usage.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide consultations, and ensure a positive salon experience.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and supporting store management tasks when needed.
• Mentor junior team members in hair styling techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service excellence to foster a collaborative environment.

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of diverse services.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering with knowledge of state licensing requirements.
• Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and retail management.
• Skilled in hair coloring techniques based on color theory principles; experience with hair extensions and advanced styling methods.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols essential for maintaining a safe and hygienic salon environment.
