Requirements & Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited institution
  • Seeking completion of a clinical fellowship and ability to obtain SLP licensure upon employment
  • Ability to independently organize, manage, and prioritize a clinical caseload
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Computer proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, Google Docs, and database management
  • Ability to lift and move children up to 40 pounds via stairs
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Experience or interest in early intervention (birth to 3 years)
  • Comfortable providing services in home and community settings
Responsibilities
  • Deliver speech therapy services in home and community environments to infants and toddlers
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care
  • Assess clients using a variety of tools and advise on environmental adaptations
  • Provide direct therapy (individual or group), consultation, monitoring, and written program plans
  • Maintain client confidentiality and complete documentation according to organizational and state protocols
