At Chatterboxes, we exist to rewrite the story of clinician burnout. We’re not a staffing agency, rather we’re an SLP-provider owned and operated community reimagining what it means to thrive in school-based practice.

Our Sanctuary Model was intentionally designed to support both SLPs and SLP-As through strong mentorship, real connection, and sustainable clinical roles. This is a place where SLP-As are guided, valued, and never left to figure things out alone.

• Deliver school-based speech-language services under the supervision of an SLP

• Meet all state and federal guidelines to be fully licensed an SLP-A in MA
• Education:
  
  Undergraduate Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
• A strong interest and passion for providing creative, engaging and Neurodiversity Accepting Services
• A passion for connecting with other clinicians and collaborative helping children succeed
• An independent self-started with a very positive, highly energetic work style.
