Medicare-certified home healthcare agency looking for experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our teams in multiple locations - Lynn and Boston area. This is a Per Diem position.
This is a per diem position with flexible hours, visit work schedules and excellent reimbursement package. Our clinicians can choose their preferred geographical area to do home care visits.
- Completes initial and ongoing assessments to determine the level of functioning.
- Prepares clinical and progress notes that are legible, accurate, and complete and submits them in a timely manner according to agency policy.
- Develops and revises the plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care team members. Evaluates and documents the effectiveness and outcomes of care.
- Per diem position, Preferred Locations, Flexible Schedule
- Pay $55-$85 per visit (routine/eval visits)
- Current CPR required
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
- Prior experience in home health care preferred
- Valid state driver's license
- Must have a reliable car with insurance coverage.

- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience, ideally in home healthcare
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
- Good clinical judgement, strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and compassionate
