Eliot Community Human Services seeks a Clinical Supervisor for its Family Resource Center to lead high-quality, community-based behavioral health and family support services. The Supervisor will oversee a multidisciplinary team providing assessment, short-term counseling, case management, parent education, and linkage to community resources. Responsibilities include clinical supervision and consultation, crisis triage support, maintaining documentation and compliance standards, collaborating with schools and community partners, and promoting trauma-informed, culturally responsive care in a mission-driven, client-centered environment with strong training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Family Resource Center staff
  • Oversee delivery of assessments, short-term counseling, and case management
  • Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Support crisis triage, safety planning, and appropriate referrals
  • Develop and monitor service plans focused on family strengths and goals
  • Collaborate with schools, courts, and community partners to coordinate care
  • Promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered practices
  • Lead team meetings, case reviews, and staff development activities
  • Use data and feedback to improve program quality and outcomes
  • Uphold agency mission, ethics, and quality standards in all services
