We’re looking for a grounded, empathetic therapist part time or full time who blends strong clinical skills with genuine care.
Someone who communicates clearly, values evidence-based practice, and feels energized helping clients make steady, sustainable changes over time.

- Comfortable working independently while engaging in team collaboration
- Organized and reliable with documentation and clinical follow-through
- Motivated by client progress and your own professional growth
- Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling (or similar)
- Licensed as LMHC or LICSW in Massachusetts (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Evidence-based practice with strong clinical judgment
- Clear and effective communication
- Time management and self-directed workflow
- Personal accountability and reliability
- Ability to provide virtual, in-person, or hybrid care
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Comfort working with individuals across the lifespan
- Ability to deliver hybrid or telehealth sessions as needed
- In-person work required for those choosing to work in-office
- Children
- Adults
- Older Adults
- In-person at our Boston, Bourne, or West Yarmouth offices, hybrid, or 100% Telehealth
- Full-time and part-time positions available
