We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant to provide skilled therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) unit.
Key Responsibilities Include- Delivering patient care within the SNF setting, adhering to treatment plans and facility protocols.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of treatments and progress.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.
- Active MA SNF licensing.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Full-time, travel position with 40 hours/week, 8-hour day shifts.
