Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Talk Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient counseling to individuals, couples, and families in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will complete diagnostic assessments, create evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapy in both in-person and virtual formats. You’ll document care in our EHR, collaborate with clinical leaders and psychiatry, and practice with strong ethical and cultural humility standards.

- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse outpatient caseload
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver services in-person and via secure telehealth platforms
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR consistent with insurance standards
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, and internal clinical leaders on client care
- Monitor risk, complete safety planning, and follow crisis and escalation protocols
- Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and ongoing professional development
- Uphold ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards and insurer requirements
- Engage in culturally responsive and inclusive care for all clients
- Contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team culture focused on high-quality access to care

- Active state license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
