As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), youll partner with a multidisciplinary team, foster communication skills in elementary and middle school students across three campuses, and experience a wide range of clinical and collaborative approaches. IdealQualifications:
- Current and active SLPA license in Massachusetts
- Experience supporting communication interventions within school settings
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and adaptable communication skills
- Comfort working across elementary and middle school age groups
- Deliver therapy services as directed by supervising SLPs
- Support the development and implementation of student IEPs
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff across multiple sites
