• Serve clean, organic, and sustainable cuisine to guests passionate about health and wellness transformation.
• Go beyond taking orders – educate, connect, and build lasting relationships with guests.
• Set up and break down the dining room according to standard operating procedures.
• Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and deliver them efficiently and courteously.
• Check in with guests throughout their meals, anticipating and attending to needs.
• Represent Canyon Ranch as a proud ambassador, helping guests fully immerse themselves in a holistic wellness experience.

• Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.
• 1-2 years of experience in a fast‑paced food environment.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly and comfortable with walking and standing for long periods.
• Fluent English skills to clearly explain menus and take accurate orders.
• A positive, guest‑focused attitude with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism.

• $400 SIGN‑ON BONUS
• Opportunity to earn up to $5.00 an hour additionally through our server incentive program.

PAY RATE: $17.00 - $21.00 / hour
