Seeking an experienced, systems-oriented Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, compliance, employee relations, and culture initiatives. This role reports directly to the CEO.

This is a hands on leadership role for someone who is strategic and operational. This position will design and implement strong systems while executing the day-to-day work that keeps the organization compliant, consistent, and people centered.

Responsible for leading:

  • Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
  • Payroll and HRIS Administration
  • Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Compliance and Risk Management
  • Onboarding and Employee Experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Direct payroll processing experience
  • Experience leading investigations and employee relations matters
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law
  • Experience managing an HRIS system
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • SHRM or PHR certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in nonprofit, education, or regulated environments
