New Role

As a trusted contact person, you will advise and support leaders and employees holistically in all personnel-related issues. In your role as a sparring partner, you will support them in personnel, leadership, and organizational issues with a clear focus on individual solutions.

Throughout the entire employee lifecycle, you will ensure high-quality HR services and manage key personnel processes such as performance reviews, employee discussions, and compensation rounds. A particular focus will be on personnel development.

Through strategic personnel planning, you will identify future personnel needs, develop appropriate measures, and consistently follow up on their implementation.

In close collaboration with the departments, you will actively design and develop modern HR processes and tools. In addition, you will accompany transformation and organizational development projects with your professional expertise.

With coaching impulses and practical workshops, you will promote a sustainable leadership culture and strengthen the open dialogue between leaders, works council, and HR internal interfaces.

A completed degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your expertise. In addition, you bring proven experience in the personnel area, which you have gained in both operational and strategic HR work.

You routinely use modern HR tools, processes, and IT systems and have demonstrable experience in independently managing HR issues and projects.

You are confident in dealing with labor law issues and have relevant experience in constructive cooperation with the works council.

With entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented approach, you actively drive forward issues. Your pronounced consulting skills and your motivation to shape structures and take responsibility make you a valued confidant in the company.

Fluent German and English enable you to communicate confidently in an international environment.
