Job Description- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows and iOS corporate devices.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve incidents and execute change tickets.
- Installation of business and common applications, including Microsoft, third‑party tools, and enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Microsoft desktop operating systems (Windows 7/10).
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and components, such as servers, network devices, application and web services, cloud components, and interconnections.
- Very good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
- Effective time management, team handling, and organizational skills.
- Client interaction and escalation management.
