Senior .Net Technical Lead

Mphasis is looking for a Technical Lead to join a dynamic team creating software for analytical instruments using the Microsoft tech stack. The candidate will collaborate with design lead, product owners, and other stakeholders to transform requirements into marketable customer‑facing products.

• Strong and proven background in Information Technology.
• Strong working knowledge of C++ (C Plus), C# (C Sharp) and .NET.
• Experience developing desktop applications using C#.
• Experience interacting with customers and documenting requirements.
• Good understanding of GIT and its processes.
• Troubleshooting issues related to code performance.
• Chromatography or LC MS instrument control experience is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and the working country language.
• Self‑motivated, independent, detail‑oriented, responsible team player with exceptional relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a complex international environment.
• Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodologies would be a plus.
• Adaptability to existing complex environments.
• Quick learner of new concepts and software.

• University degree, preferably in a science‑related subject or engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in IT application/software development.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Agile adoption and delivering MVPs.
