Digital Marketing Director

Shaw Search Partners is proud to lead a search for a growing global medical technology company seeking a seasoned strategic Digital Marketing leader to build and advance its enterprise digital strategy.

This high-impact role will shape the digital roadmap across customer engagement, demand generation, websites, marketing technology, analytics, automation and product launches. Working across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, IT and Analytics, the Director will turn business priorities into digital programs that drive measurable growth and product adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Define the enterprise digital marketing vision, operating model and multiyear roadmap.
• Advise senior leadership on how digital capabilities can accelerate customer engagement, product adoption and commercial growth.
• Lead transformation across the company’s websites, marketing technology, customer data, automation, analytics and AI capabilities.
• Partner with Product Management and commercial leaders to shape digital strategies for product launches, portfolio growth and lifecycle initiatives.
• Establish governance, investment priorities and performance measures across business units and digital partners.
• Lead agency, vendor and technology partnerships to ensure effective execution and measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital marketing, marketing technology or digital transformation experience.
• Five or more years of leadership experience.
• Strong experience across websites, demand generation, CRM, automation and analytics.
• Medical technology, diagnostics, life sciences, healthcare or complex B2B experience preferred.

This is a hybrid role requiring four days onsite outside of Boston, MA.
