* Job Description:

**** This role is based on site at Kings Lynn - Investigation Centre

** What you’ll be doing
*** carry out minor repairs and assist with general maintenance of equipment across the site
* undertake a range of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks as required
* support site upkeep through tasks such as painting, decorating, basic plumbing, and joinery
* perform cleaning duties to ensure facilities and equipment are hygienic and well-presented, including safe disposal of waste
* report equipment faults or issues to the Maintenance and Repair Senior Technician
* monitor and replenish stock levels of consumables and maintenance supplies
** What we’re looking for
**** Essential Skills
*** Previous experience in a similar maintenance or caretaker role
* Ability to maintain a safe working environment, particularly in non-office settings with varied operational risks
* Strong team player with a collaborative approach
* Self-motivated and able to work independently when required
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Physically fit with a positive, can-do attitude suited to a hands-on role
** Desirable Skills
*** Experience working across diverse client environments or facilities
