Price Rite - - Responsibilities:
Manage the performance of all aspects of Front End Operations, including cash management, bookkeeping, front-end service, and payroll.;
Directly supervise cashiers, bookkeepers, front-end supervisors.;
Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and development of front-end personnel.;
Ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal labor laws; maintain training programs for front-end personnel.;
Analyze financial and operational processes for cost savings and meet financial goals per annual budget.
