Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Regional Director of Specialized Services oversees the delivery and success of specialty clinical programs across assigned facilities. This role leads program teams, monitors performance and outcomes, and works with facility leadership to ensure programs meet organizational and quality goals.

Responsibilities for Regional Director of Specialized Services:

• Oversee the implementation and delivery of specialty clinical programs across assigned facilities.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to internal program teams.
• Monitor program performance, metrics, and outcomes and communicate progress to management.
• Analyze program data and develop reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop strategies to improve program effectiveness, quality, and operational performance.
• Ensure programs are implemented consistently and align with organizational goals and standards.
• Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to address challenges and support successful program operations.
• Lead, develop, and motivate team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications for Regional Director of Specialized Services:

• Previous experience as a Director of Respiratory Therapy required.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification through the National Board for Respiratory Care required.
• Current Massachusetts state licensure required.
• Strong knowledge of performance evaluation techniques, program metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and program management software, including PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
